A. You reserve the timeshare with a small deposit. This holds the timeshare for you subject to resort and Exchange Company checks to make sure that the week is free of encumbrances and management fees are up to date. We also check that the week is available to use at the next occupancy date. Once we have that information we raise a contract for both the client buying timeshare and the client selling timeshare. Both parties are then entitled to a 14 day cooling off period. After the initial 14 days the balance monies are due. All monies are held in ESCROW by Hutchinson and Co Trust Company for peace of mind of both parties. The seller will then send us the certificate of ownership which will be transfer in to the name of the buyer. Once the certificate of ownership has been received along with the funds from the purchaser the transfer of ownership will begin. This process is also handled by Hutchinson and Co Trust Company. You should allow 8-12 weeks as an average time until completion.

Q. What if there are problems with the timeshare I am purchasing?
